Terms of Service

Welcome to KikundiBot! We are happy to provide a platform for content creators to sell their digital content and premium subscriptions on Telegram. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Content

Our platform allows content creators to sell their digital content to users. Creators are required to sell contents that are allowed by their country's laws. They must also provide contents on a regular basis as promised to users in subscription groups or channels. For example, if a content creator promised daily fitness exercises for their followers, they must keep up with that.

Reporting

If anything goes wrong, please report it to us immediately. Also, please do not share your purchases with others who have not purchased the same product.

Liability

We are responsible for the contents that pass through our servers. However, in groups and channels, users may share things that are prohibited by country laws. These are governed by Telegram and not us. Therefore, we are liable only for contents that are passing via our platform. With other materials, we should not be accountable, but users may report such things and we may take action.

Violations

Users who violate our terms of services, such as selling other people's work, may have their funds retained, and they will not be able to withdraw them. Their account may be banned or suspended for a period of time.

Payments

We accept mobile payments like Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, M Pesa, and HaloPesa. Once the user pays for content, we do not offer any refunds for now. For digital products like music, we guarantee that the user will receive their product after payment or when the product will be publicly released. However, for subscriptions, users must trust content creators they are subscribing to because we may not offer any refunds. Payments are handled by our payment partners.

Intellectual Property Rights

Creators can sell almost anything that is less than 50 MB, be it music MP3, very short videos, pictures, articles, etc. However, they must own the copyright of these things. If not, any amount gained from sales will be retained by us.

Age Requirement

Users must be 18 years and above and own a valid phone number. The user must have a Telegram account to use our bot.

Pricing

Pricing for products is set by content creators. This price can be between 100 to 3,000,000 Tanzania shillings. Once a purchase is made, payment is non-refundable.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Taxation

Users are required to pay taxes. Users with no Tax Identification Number (TIN) will have 18% of their income retained for tax purposes.

Fees for using our services:

We charge a fee of 5% on every sale made by a content creator using our platform. This fee covers the cost of providing our services, including payment processing and server maintenance. Additionally, we charge a 5% fee on every withdrawal made by a user to cover the costs of processing the transaction. Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Tanzanian shillings.

Affiliate program:

We offer an affiliate program to reward users who share content creators' products with their networks. By default, users will earn a commission of 1% for every successful purchase made with their affiliate link. However, content creators can choose to increase this commission up to 50% of the product's price. It's important to note that content creators are responsible for setting the commission and that the commission will be deducted from their earnings and paid to the affiliate who shared the link.

Account Limitations

Users are allowed to buy a certain product per day. If they want to repurchase it again, they will have to wait for 24 hours. Also, each business can only link one bot per account. We require each user to have only one account.
